The Decree of 18 May 2010 regarding the implementation of the Directive 2009/120/CE, which modifies the Directive 2001/83 /CE of the European Parliament and Council regarding medicines for advanced therapy, has been published.  As a result  the Annex 1, part IV of the community code concerning medicines for human use has been modified.
