On the web site of the AIFA (www.agenziafarmaco.it), in the section “Negoziazione e rimborsabilità”, section “Attualità”, an up-dated list of equivalent medicines is available whereby the public price has to be reduced by 12.5%, as established by the decree  D. L. 78/2010. The complete list is that published on 15 June on the AIFA web site, up-dated with the new reference prices from the transparency list of 15 July 2010.These apply with effect from 15 July 2010.
