In consideration of the new needs highlighted by the companies we work with, Di Renzo Regulatory Affairs has extended his competence in the legal area in order to be able to provide for an effective and immediate consultancy service.

With this target in view, we have created a special unit, made up by an administrative employee with expertise in biocides, food supplements, medical devices and cosmetics and two lawyers with expertise in administrative and civil law, all with well-established experience.

Di Renzo Regulatory Affairs is therefore able to cooperate with any interested company and to assist them in requesting deletions, revokes or changes to administrative acts, in administrative cases in front of the Regional Administrative Court (TAR) and of the State Council regarding litigations on the subjects related to the above mentioned areas.
