The following are the costs and methods of insertion in the Official Gazette.

RATES:
The fees are determined according to the number of characters transmitted.
Each character will be charged at a cost, including VAT, of € 0.2723 for commercial announcements and € 0.1109 for judicial announcements.
Therefore, the following costs will be charged for each line:
77 * € 0.2723 = € 20.97 (VAT included) for commercial ads;
77 * € 0.1109 = € 8.54 (VAT included) for judicial announcements.
For each period of the text the total number of lines will be calculated with the following formula:
num. lines = “number of characters in the period” ⁄ 77
rounding up any decimal points obtained in the result of the division.
Any attachment to the text of the advertisement, represented by a file in graphic format “PDF”, will be charged by equating a PDF page to a virtual page consisting of n. 25 lines: the advertiser must attach a single PDF file for all pages.
HOW TO REQUEST A QUOTE
- Send the advertisement in text format to the e-mail address gazzettaufficiale@direnzo.biz This request must be accompanied by:
the exact indication of the address to which to send a hard copy of the Official Gazette;
Form for submitting a notice to be returned, dated, completed and signed (pdf submission form);
Copy of the valid identity document of the person signing the form;
- Within a few hours of your request, a quote will be sent with a detailed indication of the amount of the publication and instructions for payment.
- If the estimate is accepted, you will be notified via email of the date and number of the Official Gazette on which the publication will be made.
